Welcome to the Sure Start Hyndburn Children's Centre Website

Sure Start Hyndburn Children's Centre offers services, information and advice to families with children aged under five years old, across five centres within Accrington.  Our main site and the base for the core team members is The Park Child & Family, Norfolk Grove, Church, Accrington.

Please take five minutes to have a look around our website - there is lots of helpful information for parents, carers and grandparents in the Hyndburn area. Some areas of our site provide great family entertainment - you and your children can play some of the great games. If you are new to using computers this will help you get used to using the mouse and keyboard, whilst having fun! Click here for Games.

If you fancy a bite to eat when you visit us, why not pop into Star Bites cafe? Open to the public Monday to Friday from:

• 9.30am to 1.30pm - At The Park Child & Family Centre, offering hot and cold drinks and a selection of small snacks 

                                                         AND...

• 11.00am to 2.00pm - At The Beeches Child & Family Centre, offering tasty, healthy, fresh food at reasonable prices and is ideal if you want to relax in a pleasant setting with a drink and a snack or a delicious hot meal

                          Both cafes are open to everyone so just pop in !
